• Have you checked if the vehicle is actually being used at the moment and the GPS is powered by the accumulator?
• Does the current location of the vehicle has network coverage/signal?

Check if the live-data of vehicle are from now or it has lost signal.
In order to see that you must double-left click the vehicle and see the top right data.

The vehicle GPS has lost its ignition source and must be visited by a technician. To be able to visualise any data from the GPS with such problem, after opening a report for the car you must choose a filter “Choose the way you would like to treat the stops/rest time of the vehicle:” and set it at “Based on the accumulator’s voltage.
