INERPS is a software company with long-standing experience in the field of innovative, information technology development, software de- velopment and software products. The company is specialized in the field of software for automation and optimization of tracking, reporting and management of processes, assets and resources. Our activity is aimed at providing specialized solutions for the control and management of companies with specialized equipment in various sectors (road construction, port infrastructure). The goal is to achieve better corporate results and make timely management decisions. For more than 10 years have been successfully developing and imple- menting specialized ERP software for fleet management and control of mechanization. By integrating different systems and technical means, the software automatically collects and processes data in a single information system.
THE COLLECTED DATA IS VERIFIED USING ALGORITHMSIMPLEMENTED IN THE SYSTEM IN ORDER TO PRECISELY TAKE ACCOUNT OF COSTS AND REVENUES.

THE Moduls​

MANAGER

The module Manager gives the opportunity for management and evaluation of performance efficiency of the site.On the basis of the invested resources for fleet and mechanization, personnel, materials, the engagement of own and leased assets for a certain period of time, graphic analyzes of the pro- ject’s profitability are made according to the deadlines set.

INTEGRATION WITH EXTERNAL SYSTEMS

Additional external systems and technical means are successfully integrated to the soft- ware.The information collected by integrating additional systems is used for automation of administrative processes, optimization of operational activities and analysis.

GPS SYSTEMS CONNECTION:

The system receives data from the GPS and flowmeters installed on machines / vehicles. The creation of this connection allows for automatic input of the data reported by the devices in the report- ing documents: GPS – km, km in urban conditions, km in extra urban conditions, time of movement and outage, real working hours in different modes of operation machines. Flow Meter – Actual measured fuel consumption. Appropriate for entering a road list and daily report.  

ELECTRONIC SCALE CONNECTION​

Allows the connection with the electronic scales used by the company and the measument made by them. This allows automatic entry of the data in the bill of lading: Load, weight, route from, route to. Alllows different reports about the movement of the materials through the scales systems to be made.

ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM CONNECTION /IMPRO/

Provides the ability to use access control cards to identify the driver, allowing you to control the actual time worked by each driver and the corresponding use of this time in reporting documents

FUEL SYSTEMS CONNECTION

Automation of gas stations or mobile fuel tanks. Enables the administration of different fuel sources (fuel tanks and / or external gas stations). For each fuel source, capacity can be determined and input and output quantities can be entered. Each charging load on an asset is automatically filled in when a primary document for that asset is made and the corresponding date.

AUTOMATION

Module ELECTRONIC OPERATOR:
Allows you to generate reporting documents (road / bill of lading / daily report) based on regis- tered events for the relevant machine with:

  • mileage;
  • engine hours;
  • fuel consumption;
  • driver;
  • object;
  • full mileage on a GPS-based course or predefined transport

Module TECHNICAL MEANS:

The module performs automatic verification of state of the technical devices (GPS, flowmeter and probe) by implemented algorithms. The module automatically sends a generated email with the status of the technical means.

The module reduces the personnel’s operational activity concerning the observation of technical means up to 95%

REPORTS AND ANALYSIS

On the basis of the data collected by technical means and integrated external systems, the EPR software enables various reports and analyzes to be made for the value of the work per- formed, the employed labor and the resource imposed.

Module FINANCE MANAGEMENT
It gives the opportunity of analyzing revenue and expenditure of the company for a certain period of time. It contributes in making management decisions about distribution of finances in the most economic way possible.

REPORTING DOCUMENT

In the modules Road List, Load List, Time List the primary reporting documents for the work carried out are filled. When integrating with external systems, the data is filled in automatically.

Automatic generation: Upon upgrading the software with the automation module Electronic Operator, the primary documents are automatically generated on a database collected by technical means and verified by means of set algorithms.

Module ELECTRONIC ROAD LIST Allows information from the primary documents of Autotransport to be filled in – initial and fi- nal mileage, kilometers traveled, urban and suburban kilometers, available fuel in the tank, fuel consumption at different consumption norms, etc. The module allows printing of a roadlist with a unique number generated.

Module ELECTRONIC LOAD LIST The module allows information about number of courses for a period of time, with information about driver and vehicle number, start and end of the course from the loading object to the unload- ing object to be filled in and possibility of valuation of the work done.

Module ELECTRONIC TIME LIST Allows complete information from primary documents of Mechanization to be filled in – starting and ending hours, hours worked, available fuel in the tank, fuel consumption at different norms, etc. When there are administered tariffs for machine operation, outage hours, working hours and kilometers are automatically calculated. The module allows printing a daily report from the program with a unique number generated.

ADMINISTRATIVE MODULES

They contain information that serves as the basis for the other modules. Detailed details of company assets are entered in the administrative modules.
